Triggerise is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial Field Officer who is actively involved in their community to join our Ethiopia Operations Team to grow and facilitate the ecosystem. As a young, fast-moving organization, we accept significant executional risk and technical debt to increase our total amount of social impact that we hope to produce. The result is a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. We seek an individual who is excited by these challenges and comfortable building technical and operational processes to support our growth. The top line definition of this role is growing the ecosystem footprint in Ethiopia. This means recruiting, supporting, and managing every actor - customers, agents, shops, stockists, pharmacies and clinics - to grow core Triggerise brands, such as Tiko Pro, Tiko Explore and Tiko Mile.
