The workshop Manager is in charge of the coordination of all workshop resources, he/she is the manager of the workshop and reports to the Service Manager/ Dealer Principal.

The workshop Manager coordinates and manages the technical team, validates and approves the distribution of the work (internal technicians and subcontractors) . He/She works to enforce standards and quality in the respect of safety and the environment regulations. He/She responsible for the level of knowledge and quality of their technicians, provide technical advice to the team and grantee the compliance with the time of execution of the works. He/She may occasionally test vehicles with particular issues.
They collaborate with the Service Advisor in the creation of the customer estimates work distribution and suggest solutions fr customer with specific issues.
Support the technicians in product range knowledge; explain technical documentation (e.g. technical information, campaigns etc.) on vehicle updates to workshop operations.
Constantly check KPI results, support the service manager in the workshop improvement and transfer/verify the application of the compliance with legal requirement and environment governing procedures, occupational hygiene and safety for the workshop and operators.
In order to improve the skills and team's motivation, the Workshop Manager handles the training plans for the employees and the incentive plans for the resources.
