Serve customers by providing Channel and Bouquets information
Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention
Maintain proactive and reactive communication with our customers
Report regularly to team leader on all activities relating to the role
Fresh Graduate in the field of management , marketing , economics, accounting or related fields.
Experience in a customer service role would be an advantage but not mandatory.
Computer Literate
Good command of the English language
Able and willing to work in a shift pattern
