The Job
Position Overview
As part of our dedication to children and safe water, the Behavior Change Officer will be a part of Splash’s global Behavior Change (BC) team, reporting to the Behavior Change Manager in Ethiopia with close collaboration and dotted-line reporting to the Behavior Change Manager in Seattle. Splash’s BC team is responsible for all aspects of our program that focus on behavior change among children and staff at Splash sites, as well as how those individuals influence their communities.
The BC Officer will work within the guidelines of Splash’s established Program Standards, and will ensure that implementation reflects the organization’s commitment to quality. However, this position will also contribute to future program design improvements, as well as documentation and sharing of best practices and lessons learned.
Regular communication will be established with each site. All information gathered and recorded will be reported regularly to the Behavior Change Manager.
