Since 2003, we have marketed products and led programs to prevent HIV, improve reproductive health, and improve child health. We market condoms and increase condom use among people most at risk of HIV. We increase access to clean water by selling Wuha Agar, a water disinfectant. At PSI/Ethiopia we do more than simply provide products and services, we seek to create true change – by making markets work for the poor – to increase the use of critical health products and services that are available, affordable, and desirable to the most vulnerable Ethiopian people.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Integrated Clinical Services Specialist to oversee and ensure provision of comprehensive quality HIV services under a 5 years USAID-funded activity aimed at providing comprehensive HIV services for key and priority populations. The ideal candidate has clinical experience and an interest in coaching partners providers in providing first-class-services to their clients; s/he is proactive and a connector, able to provide direct feedback and think in a “continuous improvement process” manner; s/he is also able to build solid professional relations with partners and providers while being assertive and direct.

Your contribution
You will work under the direct supervision of the Area Program Manager in close collaboration with the technical team led by the Integrated Clinical Services Deputy Director. More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring provision of quality comprehensive services for key and priority populations at DIC, private and public sectors facilities
- Conduct regular support and supervision visits to LIPs points of services and identifies areas for improvement
- Oversee implementation and provide technical assistance in the form of on-the-job shading, coaching and training to LIPs on HTS, ART, STI, FP and worksite interventions
- Coordinate joint clinical technical review meetings, involving worksite providers, public and private sectors’ providers to facilitate learnings and experience sharing
- Oversee the regular data review conducted by the LIPs at site level and ensure proper use of data for decision making
- Ensure timely and quality submission of reports to the Programs Operations Manager in accordance with national guidelines
- Be responsible for maintaining complete and up-to-date files at regional level
- Contribute to the regional work-plan and budget development
- Perform any other related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor

Your background
- MA/MPH/BA in Nursing or related
- 4/6 years of progressive professional experience in HIV comprehensive services provision and BCC
- Fluency in the regional language
What it takes to succeed
- Experience using data for decision making
- Proficiency in MS Office main products
- Fluency in English and Amharic
- Good personal organizational skills including the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time along the assignment area
