Supervise new constructions and refurbishment activities at project level.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the achievement of construction project targets on time, budget, and quality as per the specification;
Plan and schedule project timelines for building constructions;
Coordinate and supervise construction related functions as per the standard requirement;
Support in bid evaluation tasks in relation to different constructions;
Comprehensively supervise project implementation activities carried out by the contractors to ensure completeness of drawings, technical specifications and various stipulations contained in the contract document;
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports on the construction and final report at the final stage of the projects;
Assist in preparing contractors’ contract agreement and other related documents as required;
Administer the contract including payment certificate approval, claim handling, and other related administrative works;
Give technical support in defining construction area and size specifications;
Work closely with field staff and the communities to oversee project activities;
Comes up with draft maintenance plan for discussion at the project level and develop the final version along with its implementation;
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Job Requirement
Bsc. Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Building construction with Contractors
Working Experience as Site/Project Engineer is desirable
