Gift Real Estate is looking to hire candidates for the Senior Secretary vacant position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all office activities & give a remarkable support for the department.
Assist in communication with foreign clients & related activities.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing letters
Manage internal and external phone communications to the Finance & Administration Department Offices and provides information/assistance or routes caller to appropriate staff member
Establishes and maintains permanent files; files and retrieves documents as requested.
Performs other related duties as required
Required: One for each position
Age limit: Not more than 40
Job Requirement
Qualification and Experience:
Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management/College Diploma / or related fields and a minimum of 6/8 years experience in the field
