POSITION SUMMARY:
The Resort Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel – from guest services to front desk, food and beverage, human resources etc. He/She should be an ambassador for the brand of the hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support to the standard service culture, maximizing operations efficiency and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with hotel owner and other stake holders.
Responsible for implementing and meeting hotel targets aimed at delivering an excellent guest experience and financial profitability.
