Purpose:
He/she will be part of the regional team in the program area in pursuing the implementation of the project and will work with the Country Office at the same time. The task holder is required to timely and accurately documents the progress of the projects and document lessons learnt and report by developing and implementing a sound M&E system. He/she also will be responsible for an increased level of transparency and accountability to the refugee and host community as well as other stakeholders, according to the Core Humanitarian Standard.
