Job Summary
Carries out human Resource management and development activities as per HR manual, labor proclamation. Proposes mechanisms whereby to fill vacant positions by way of transfer or promotion or recruitment. Administers HR files and archives. Carries out training need identification and delivery of training. Facilitates disciplinary case & grievance issues.
