Required Education:- Bachelor Degree in Educational Planning & Management/ Educational Leadership/ Business Administration /Management/ Leadership/ Personnel Management; or Related Fields
Other Requirements:
- Computer Skills- Familiarity with basic computer operation and software. Ability to learn various computer operations required for management of HRMIS.
- Other:- Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory to HR, customer relationship management, data driven response, communication; ability to plan and implement changes,
Experience: At least 4 years of Relevant experience, experience of working on Admin & General Service position in educational institutions is advantageous
