Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ü Follow and implement and process renewal of work permit,ID and visa
ü Translate English or Amharic letters ,documents when it needed
ü Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of administrative procedures;
ü Works cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives;
ü Timely inform the concerned supervisor/manager of any problems, in regard to your duties;
ü Completes confidential administrative services for the Manager;
ü Coordinates liaison activities with other agencies like Main Department for Ministry of Immigration & Nationality Affairs and Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs;ü Provide the necessary support whenever requested from any of SHEG’s staffs;
· Bachelor degree and/or above;
· 2 -3 years’ experience
. Experience in Language translation
· Demonstrate dependability, Attention to detail, Integrity, cooperation, concern for others and self-motivation;
· Ability to communicate fluently both in Amharic and English;
