Our construction site in Modjo city, and we're operating a Industrial Park Project which means we have a lot of fiance work and procedures have to do in our company:
Prepare tax return and payment processing (VAT, withholding Tax, pensions)finally remitting tax on timely manner.
Submit tax payment to government administration office.
Contact and build good relationship with local government.
Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment processing
Support finance manager to collect and calculate tax.
Review construction sub-contractor payment, invoice and their details.
Review andChecking company workers payment details and support finance manager.
Receive container and cargo from supplier and check the actual quantity.
Contact bank and operating bank procedure.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the head. Plant finance.
Job Requirement
Excellent in English and Amharic also Oromic. ( Oromic speaker would be first choice)
BA in Accounting or Economic, Mathematics
Good at Microsoft Office skills ( Word, Excel...etc)
Good knowledge and understanding to finance the best practice, IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
