Job Summary
Be responsible for managing benefits of staff members of the Sub Office; follows up and maintains updated records of benefits utilization; attends issues related to the processes of staffs’ employment termination. Along with the Admin & Finance Coordinator assist in the recruitment & selection process of staff where their job grade is under the level of sub office and ensures that all employment contracts are managed in accordance to MSD standing policies and procedures; maintains proper documentation of the selection process and prepares periodic reports;
