Duties and Responsibilities:
1: Support the HR and Documentation Assistant
2: Support HR and Documentation Assistant in the administrative aspects of staff clearing HR documents and preparing files for Audit ;
3: Miscellaneous:
· Photocopy and scan documents; Sort and file documents; Register, copy, dispatch and archive all incoming documents (letters faxes…).
Educational / Professional Background: Diploma in Management, Accounting, Business Management and other related fields.
Required skills: Experience in international NGOs is advantageous, Computer literate, organizational capacity, Good relations with people, sense of confidentiality, good knowledge of English, sense of confidentiality.
