PSI/Ethiopia is an innovative network member of PSI with a team of more than 140 people passionate about marketing and dedicated to serving Sara! Since 2003, we have marketed products and led programs to prevent HIV, improve reproductive health, and improve child health. We market condoms and increase condom use among people most at risk of HIV. We increase access to clean water by selling Wuha Agar, a water disinfectant. At PSI/Ethiopia we do more than simply provide products and services, we seek to create true change – by making markets work for the poor – to increase the use of critical health products and services that are available, affordable, and desirable to the most vulnerable Ethiopian people.
We are looking for a dynamic and competent Worksites facilities consultant to oversee and ensure provision of quality comprehensive HIV prevention service for worksite priority populations and make sure to conduct and coordinate QA activities to worksite facilities under USAID-funded activity aimed at mainstreaming a sustainable HIV prevention strategies in worksites. The ideal candidate has good clinical experience, leadership skills and an interest in providing technical assistance in the form of on-the-job orientation, coaching and training to LIPs on HTS, ART, STI, FP and worksite interventions service providers in providing first-class-services to their clients; s/he is proactive and a connector, able to provide direct feedback and think in a “continuous improvement process” manner; s/he is also able to build solid professional relations with partners and providers while being assertive and direct.
