Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of accounts (AR, AP, daily book-keeping, bank reconciliation, inter-company transactions, inventory, etc.);
Preparing management reports and account analysis;
Manage the Month End Close off processes and ensure meet monthly reporting deadline;
Prepare VAT report & other reports for the entity as prescribed by the local authority;
Coordinating the annual audit & handling tax matters;
Coordinating Import / Export documents;
Able to give advice on local practices (customs, accounting, taxation...).
