Established in 1990, Organization for Social Service, Health and Development (OSSHD) is the first and pioneer indigenous Ethiopian resident charity legally registered to intervene in social, health and development activities targeting the hard-to-reach communities in Ethiopia. The organization would like to hire a competent and interested applicant for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Addis Ababa Branch.
Job Summary: Under the supervision and guidance of the Project Coordinator and Branch Manager, the M&E officer, will be responsible for implementing M&E systems for the Community HIV Care and Treatment project focusing on planning, M&E tool development, designing assessments and evaluations, report compilation and analysis, facilitating review meetings, conducting supportive supervisions and documenting best practices.
