ROLE PURPOSE:
Provides technical support for all SCI field office and impact area offices with all available or projected computer applications and administer; maintains and ensures the proper functionality of existing network based and standalone systems using strategic mechanism within the framework of the agency IT Policy and standardization.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepares annual plan of action for the task he/she is responsible which includes field visits to sub offices;
· Conducts formal training for staffs of SCI in home and Sub Offices on selected IT areas;
· Conducts orientation for new staffs;
· Visits impact area for making preventive maintenance and assesses and fixes their problems;
· Assists in carrying out full system backup;
· Assists in administering, maintaining and ensuring the smooth operations and functionality of network based systems;
· Provide support on the deployment and continuous operations of global systems like Azure AD, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and any upcoming solutions.
· Conduct periodic assessment about the IT infrastructure and system requirement of field offices and provide recommendation accordingly.
· Provides assistance and support for both network based and standalone computer systems for SCI office staffs;
· Diagnoses, troubleshoots and fixes computers, printers, scanners, etc;
· Provides technical consultancy for all IT procurement related item;
· Develops and maintains any necessary documentation related to the IT systems administration or managements;
· Conducts research in variety of IT topics, as needed, and develops related summaries and reference materials;
· Maintains the inventory of IT systems and related items at field offices and plans to replace those below minimum requirement;
· Performs other related tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential.
· Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
· 5 (Five) years of relevant experience, out of which 3 years directly related to support activity
· Microsoft Windows Server Administration Certificate.
· Problem solving skill
· Having excellent experience with LAN, Windows Server Environment; Windows Server Network infrastructure technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Having proven knowledge in supporting basic computer applications like MS Word, MS Excel, Ms Power Point, MS Access, E-mail;
· Having excellent proficiency in spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in team situations;
· Have commitment to work longer hours/weekends or on remote field visits whenever needed.
· Good skill in emotional intelligence and continuous self-learning
· Very good skill in communication, report writing and facilitation
