Supports the effective manpower planning and ensure availability of the people for all functions.
Keeps records of employees and other benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Conducts Induction program of all new joiners’.
Supports in preparing employee development plan and implement the same
Facilitates in Formulating and executing various employee policies.
Fulfill Statutory Compliances under various labor/employee laws.
Have effective liaison with Government/ Social authorities
ensure discipline & harmonious Employee Relations
Monitor HR effectiveness through various parameters
Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Facilitates the Recruitment Process
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Job Requirement
B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, General Management, Business Administration or Related Fields and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource management.
Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms. Word, Excel.
