We are looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator who will be supporting the development of a MEL plan for the Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health in school project to be implemented in 15 schools in Addis Ababa and Oromia regions. S/he is responsible for ensuring the project’s data quality, analysis, presentation and reporting. S/he is expected to come up with ways to promote the culture of data use for decision making by the project staff at all levels. The candidate will also be responsible for capacity building of staff in the project. By working closely with the A360 MEL advisor, the candidate ensures that A360 data is reported from the field, entered in to a database and appropriate analysis and data visualization is used to present the data.
