Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of Admin Assistant & Archive Supervisor, processes various documents for storage and retrieval; perform a wide variety of complex and confidential duties requiring analysis and attention to detail.
· Assist departments with the development of new document categories and fields for storage; work with the Records Management Coordinator to determine departmental records needs; provide assistance in preparing documents for scanning.
· Collect, sort, prepare and scan documents; label and enter documents into the computer system; prepare files and forward documents for recycling and/or shredding.
· Convert documents to various formats; assist in migrating data between systems.
· Maintain files of official recorded documents; file and label documents for permanent storage.
· Ensure documents are archived and properly located; maintain confidentiality.
· Conduct and support negotiations with customers to achieve the best position which reflects
· Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by the Head
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
· Excellent communication skills.
· At least 1-year experience as an Archive Clerk or Record Clerk
· BA or Diploma in Library & Information Science, IT, Office Administration and related disciplines

· Confident presentation of commercial advice and opinion, able to engender trust and display professional credibility
· Strong influencing and persuasive skills; presents a calm and professional demeanor
· Conscientious attitude to contract (attention to detail) and proposal reviews
· Calm and professional attitude, especially under pressure
· Ability to work under own steam and in a team environment, as required, with all levels from junior to Senior
· Ability to work effectively and proactively. A self-starter with the tenacity and resilience to manage obstacles and delays without losing focus
