Preparing and disseminating correspondence given to and receive from the Employer and the Consultant;
Sending,receiving and filing routine correspondence;
Translating Amharic letters into English;
Assisting office colleagues in dealing with daily office works of Engineering Management Dep't.
Job Requirement
Civil Engineering, Highway & Bridge Engineering or related majors; 2-3 years experience in a Consultant or construction company, particularly highway construction, is preferred;
Familiar with standard specifications for Highway Construction;
Master the efficiency in composing correspondence conveying accurately the company's response to the Employer and the Consultant;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and prompt deal of disseminating and filing of incoming and outgoing letters;
Fluency in spoken English and proficiency in composition of English.
