Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) works together for just world with people and organizations across the world in more than 20 countries to eradicate poverty and injustice. We provide emergency assistance in disasters and work for long-term development in local communities. NCA is also member of the ACT Alliance, one of the world's largest humanitarian alliances. The Alliance consists of organizations in over 140 countries across religious faiths.
In Ethiopia, NCA established its country office in 1974. Program areas for 2016-2020
include: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Reproductive Health (RH), Climate
Resilience (CR) and Humanitarian Aid.
The Human Resource Coordinator works closely with the Senior Management Team and head office HR teams. He/she will be responsible in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
The Human Resources Coordinator originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
