· Conducts regular field visit activities at field offices and FDP’s and prepare field trip reports, with recommendation and action plan for each FDP.
· Communicate regularly with CRS Compliance Officer to address, verify and close findings at FDP level and maintain evidences of such closures.
· In coordination with CRS JEOP Compliance Officers, works directly with commodity management staff (Commodity Supervisors, Distributors and Storekeepers), to ensure viable corrective action plans are in place to bring commodity management at FDP in compliance with JEOP Minimum Standards for Commodity Management and USAID/FFP regulations.
· Reviews shared field reports from Field Monitors and CRS Risk Monitoring Units, takes note of serious findings and issues and bringing them to the attention of the Senior Management.
· Supports the JEOP Compliance Officers in conducting field visits.
· Maintains files of Follow up Matrix Sheets and for all closed findings into the separate database, and also hard copies.
· Develops profiles for each FDP and status reports on monthly basis on progress, submitted to JEOP Management and CRS JEOP Compliance Officers.
· Provide adequate support to build capacity of commodity management staff at FDP and local office level, ensuring compliance with JEOP Minimum Standards for Commodity Management and FFP regulations
· Assess and recommends training needs for commodity management staff, facilitates training as needed, and supports field offices and FDP activities at the direction of the JEOP Manager.
· BA/Bsc Degree in a relevant field of Study
· Minimum of three years experience in a relevant field preferably in a similar program.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Skill in the use of computers and S/W related to the job
