Manage the packaging process by applying the Company’s Rules, Standards & Procedures
Monitor process and product parameters and ensuring respect of specifications
Actively collaborate with the Quality Department in order to interpret results (also making use of statistic tools) and use them as a leverage for improvement
Monitor and reduce down times whenever possible
Monitor and reduce extra losses whenever possible, collaborating with production staff
Ensure sampling plan is applied by packaging operators
Checking the process control sheet for shift leaders, mechanics, electrician’s,and operators
Ensure plant is operated according to the suppliers’ instructions and manuals
Ensure plant is effectively maintained and planned maintenance is applied
Prepare recovery plans, if necessary
Manage modifications of process control and installation, ensuring respective manuals is updated.
Ensure and facilitate implementation of Company strategic programs (i.e., TPM)
Ensure and facilitate implementation of Company systems
Ensure that production is going according to the forecast.
Ensures that the necessary raw material needed for weekly production are ordered.
Collaborating with technique department to ask the man power during maintenance date.
Minimizing the down time and maximizing the efficiency of the line
Minimizing over time
Follow up of the work done by all other staffs in bottling and kegging
Ensure adherence to production and packaging planning and deploys resources accordingly, in the most cost‐effective way
Ensure adequate stock of packaging and auxiliary materials is kept in order to secure continuity of operations.
Ensure waste reduction in the process
Ensure the packaging Department actively collaborates for the smooth operation – and within the waste water treatment
Manage resource in a sustainable way; identify possibilities in order to reduce water and energy consumption
Ensure plant operation is carried out respecting safety rules and regulations
Proactively manage safety of contractors together with the Engineers and colleagues from Technical Department
Make sure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards in the Packaging Department
Contribute to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy
Job Requirement
BSc Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Able to utilize properly Office software, able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
Has experience in preventive maintenance planning and curative maintenance follow up.
Able to handle multiple projects under deadline
Excellent presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills
Team player
Leadership and empathy
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in beverage industries or similar Packaging Water factories out of these 3 years in supervisory position
