Responsibility:
1: follow up on the base’s human resources administratively:
2: Assist in the administrative aspects of staff recruitment;
3: Miscellaneous:
· Photocopy and scan documents; Sort and file documents; Register, copy, dispatch and archive all incoming documents (letters faxes…).
· Prepare necessary HR files in case of audits, and HR reports to the authorities
Qualification and Experience: Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource and related fields.
Required skills: 2 years’ experience in administrative post, Experience in international NGOs is advantageous, Computer literate, organizational capacity, Good relations with people, sense of confidentiality and good knowledge of English.
