We are looking for motivated MEL Coordinator to ensure quality data collection, analysis and use at regional level, under a 5 years USAID-funded activity aimed at providing comprehensive HIV services for key and priority populations. The ideal candidates have matured experience on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and are familiar with any evidence use for decision making approach; proactive and energetic, the MEL Coordinators will work very closely with the local implementing partners (LIPs) to build their capacity on M&E and ensure that data are used to continuously improve performances.
