Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced & skilled Jr. HR and facility Officer to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, HR planning, succession plan, performance management, training & development, employee relation, compensation, benefit, safety, employment relation, talent management, and facilities management services.
Major duties & Responsibilities
· Providing support in the various human resource functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
· Assist to ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Assist to provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
· Follow-up facility and resources
· Compile and update employee record (hard and soft copies)
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
· Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
· Monitor employee daily attendance.
· Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
· Follow up employee sick leave
· Assist to provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
· Assist to coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
· Schedule and organize interviews
· Participate in applicant interviews
· Assist to provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and

· Perform other related duties as required.
· Provides office services support for administrators by inputting data; proofreading
· documents; gathering information; preparing reports; maintaining files; ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.

· Keeps information confidential by following the employee confidentiality policy.
· Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
· Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
· Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
· Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
· Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
· Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures.
· Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for organizing, or reorganizing current premises
· Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
· Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
· Change management and a willingness to question existing practice, design new solutions and champion them among staff.

· Assign cars according to the request of the staffs
· Coordinates the request of the car and make it effective and efficient
· Strictly protect and avoid the use of car for personal purpose
· Unauthorized movement of the car (without assigned place & time) should be penalized
· Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles.
· Follow up car service and cleaning schedule
· Responsible to follow and implement insurance schedule and Bollo
· Make sure that the driver follows our rules and regulations

QUALIFICATION
University degree in one or more of the following disciplines: Human
Resource Management, public or business administration or other related
fields. Advanced university degree related to the job is desirable.
Experience
Fresh graduate up to One year experience after graduate and progressively responsible
professional experience in human resource development administration or
management field. Successful completion of work in one specialized human
resources area or demonstrated leadership of a human resource program preferably in IT business Company.
