Organizational Context:
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Data Management Officer, the Receptionist will verify scheduled refugees by checking fingerprints of all adult in the family/household, and to be verified with Bio-Registrar and BIMS. He/she will check the appointment token (If it is the due date), orient the refugee if it is not the due date, perform summary verification of the basic bio-data (names only), verify the family composition, referral to litigation, partners (child protection), RVERA, and data processing, assign a token according to the referral (litigation, partners, RVERA, and data processing), apply proGres events to support the referral (partner registration events)
Work Environment:
Camp setting: The situation in camps is relatively stable but remains unpredictable; there is potential conflict between sub-clans/ ethnic groups in most camps.
