1.1 Provide direct assistance to the Admin officer with daily general administrative and clerical works.
1.2 Receive Incoming Letters.
1.3 Welcome & greet Guests, Clients, and Customers & Business Partners and determine nature of business and announces guests to appropriate personnel with hospitality.
1.4 Receives, Sorts and distributes magazine, newspaper, mail, deliveries & forwards incoming faxes and prepare outgoing mail and parcels.
1.5 Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department.
1.6 Answering questions about organization and Provide Information to callers with address, directions, and other information requested.
1.7 Taking and delivering messages or taking phone call messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
1.8 Deal with queries from the public and customers.
1.9 Schedule appointments & organize and arrange meetings.
1.10 Management of front desk by tidying and maintaining the reception area.
1.11 Arrange hospitality and travel as required for Executive Team and various other staff and projects & ticket booking.
1.12 Reports to the Admin Officer.
1.13 Provide report as required.
2.14. Additional duties as assigned.
