General Objective
Specific Objectives
Specific objectives of the operational research are:
- To assess distribution of health workers in regions
- To Assess the level of staffs retention in developing regions
- To determine the effect of financial and non-financial incentives retention of qualified health workers in underserviced areas
- To assess in-service training and performance of HW/HEWs and its effect on retention
- Assess the role of leadership communication to retain HWs
