As Office Administrator, you will form part of Representative’s Office team within Saint-Gobain Ethiopia reporting to the Business Development Manager. Job Purpose:
To provide operational and administrative support to the team within Africa Development Business Unit – Ethiopia, in line with the unit and company objectives and strategy. Work closely with the Managers in providing direct support in maintain and enhancing customer relations and business growth.
TASKS
As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
Implementing applicable office policies
Maintaining and updating personnel files
Performing administrative duties such as timely rent payment, utility payments, declaration of payroll tax and others
Performing administrative duties such as Filling documents, Incoming and Outgoing correspondance letters in accordance with standard procedures.
Performing administrative duties such managing petty cash and preparing cash payment summary as per accounting standards.
Using CRM to manage calendars and event arrangements
Handling newsletter supsriptions, screen project leads and project tenders to be entered into CRM
Deal with vendors for office supplies and consumables, preparing purchase order and supervising purchasing process.
Coordinating regular office safety checks and maintenance weekly
Providing overview of the showroom and tracking showroom traffic, managing the meeting room
Handling logistics (Guest Visas, driver dispatch, hotel bookings and travel arrangments)
As such duties and/or activities assigned by management as and when required.
