Key responsibilities
Operating the brewing department processes in standard and non-standard situations in a safe way
Take quality control measurements, record these and act upon deviations by adjusting the process
Report on safety, quality and production progress in reporting systems and DCS
Carry our cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening conform the standards
Meet the operational output plan, reduction of operational losses due to alarms and quality faults
Organize the workplace according to the 5S standards Required No of employees 8
Job Requirement
Experience & skills required Education: BSc in chemistry, food science, or applied biology (or similar related field) Experience: Minimum 2 years in a food manufacturing organization Language: English B2 Computer: basic skills (Windows, Word and Excel)
