Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields from a recognized College/ University or TVET graduate/ 12th grade complete
Experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the field for Diploma holders / Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the field for TVET graduate/12th grade complete

Proficient in Meeting and greeting clients
Good skill to Booking meetings
Good professional presentation
Ability to arrange couriers
Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
Ability to keep the reception area tidy
Ability to answer and forward phone calls
Proficient in screening phone calls
Ability to sort and distribute letters, couriers & other documents
Good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Exceptional knowledge of customer service orientation
Ability to work on a switchboard
Practical knowledge of basic computer software
Good command of English language both oral & written, French language is a plus
