Job Summary
The ELRP/DFSA MEAL Project Officer is responsible to provide leadership in routine monitoring and data management operations including supporting timely data collection and entry, data quality at all data points, processing, cleaning, and analysis. This includes leading data review sessions and tracking data quality improvement plans. The incumbent contributes to implementation of annual monitoring processes at CRS and partner level including the conduct of beneficiary based annual monitoring survey to monitor achievement of project outcomes. This includes organizing the survey, support to data collection, analysis and report writing efforts. The incumbent continuous capacity building of CRS DFSA partner staff and other implementation stakeholders on ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of monitoring and data management processes. The incumbent works closely with CRS & partners staff in implementing and quarterly tracking of CRS MEAL policies and procedures and collaborate with other MEAL staff to contribute to effective implementation of MEAL system.
