Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Management/Human Resources Management from recognized university/college is required.
Minimum of five years experience as Human resources Administrative Assistant /Office Administration position is required. Knowledge of hotel operation is an asset.
Certificate of computer literacy is desired.

Must have excellent English language skills to facilitate effective communication process
Good knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Proclamation; Wage & Salary administration; labor relations
Must possess good computer skills in the Microsoft Office Environment
Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
Ability to work under pressure in very demanding environment
Effective in handing office management and administrative work and very good customer handling skill
