QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCES
Concern Worldwide (CWW) seeks to recruit a competent firm or individual/s consultant with extensive experience to undertake the PPP feasibility study. The consultant needs to demonstrate knowledge and experience undertaking similar studies.
Ø A minimum of post-graduate degree in Development studies, development economics, food security, Social work, and other relevant qualification with sound knowledge in early childhood care and education. At least 5 years of work experience in conducting feasibility study (preferably in partnership studies
Ø Excellent understanding and experience in public private partnership to promote wage employment
Ø Renewed License
Ø Proven experience in conducting quality studies and assessing in urban livelihood and social work programme
Ø High quality writing and reporting skills
Ø Has relevant team members with working experience in evaluation and in the thematic area;
Ø have experience on quantitative and qualitative research methods
Ø English language essential; local language skills would be a plus
