Ø Check data correctness and approve trade information in Trade Card System for the Factory. Issue an approval note to the Factory for finished goods export preparation.
Ø Be aware of the finished goods status and offer advice to Customer Service teams in case of any potential problems.
Ø Monitor and coordinate with the shop floor for efficient ex-factory scheduling and arrangement.
Ø Prepare required documents for exporting finished goods and machines.
Ø Prepare the export declaration.
Ø Keep record in internal export status system as a reference in planning and generating report.
Ø Prepare required documents for payment collection purposes (e.g. documents required by L/C or T/T or Trade Card, etc.).
Ø Preparing documents required by the customer for their custom clearance purposes
Ø Regularly conduct physical audits on the status of the imported and exported materials and machines to ensure it matches the record at the Customs.
Ø Liaise with Customers, Forwarder Agents and relevant functions and Government Agencies in providing information and ensuring quality and timely product delivery to customers.
Ø Arrange for transportation of finished goods and machinery on time.
Ø Ensure transport process and service providers are C-TPAT compliant.
Ø Understand root causes of problems related to materials export and resolve such problems.
Ø Actively build relationships with stakeholders at the relevant Government departments to strengthen co-operation, and to obtain updated information to support decision-making by senior management
Ø Work with Logistics Manager to benchmark the price and quality levels of locally-sourced Forwarder Agent. Participate to build relationships and negotiate with local Forwarder Agent to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery of finished garments which meet the customers’ requirements.
Ø Work collaboratively with factories for transport capacity utilization.
