Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise the overall water credits network project activities,
Develop consistent water credit management system to ensures the MFI meet business requirements and transformational dynamics on water credit facilities,
Periodically evaluates and propose any change/adjustment required to the implementation of water credit projects;
Ensures and follows up frequent and timely coaching is provided,
Assists managers to set targets/plan and ensures water works properly aligned to the ultimate objectives of MFI,
Promote and facilitate high performance culture on water product implementations,
Ensure effective internal communication system on water credit project implementations;
Evaluate the technicality of products developed, its feasibility, tested and approve to be rollout,
Organize events and celebrations when milestones are reached.
Conduct need assessment study on identification of gaps/needs of capacity to be build
Develop/update necessary capacity building documents and conduct orientation to Managements and staff,
Coordinate technical discussion on applicability of water products quarterly based review meetings,
Conduct trainings for field staff on water credit management,
Organize the necessary training of managers and supervisors who will carry out the actual appraisal
Ensures water credit & its appropriateness on the context of the environmental protections
Ensure water products, related policies and procedures are in place
Ensures that all staff have received complete training and understanding on water credit projects
Tracking skill and behavioral changes after training.
Prepares detail annual training plan based on training needs assessment.
Ensure plans done on time
Submit monthly and quarterly reports to donors on time
Developing WASH Study TOR, collecting data on selected piloting branches, make analysis and forward recommendations for the next action items
Collect feedbacks and analysis for the improvements accordingly
Ensure selection of water product, implementation sites, and technically feasible to the community
Ensure transformation of a WASH market opportunity in to a product available for sale, cost for discussion with target identification
Ensure promotion and selling of products. develop and distribute leaflets, big posters and other promotional materials to the community
Ensure the selection of prototype model, facilitate experience sharing from model clients and branches
Qualification, Skill and Experience:
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
BSc degree/Diploma in Public Health, Environmental Health or related fields
Experience on sanitation and hygiene or WASH related work experiences
Must have at least 3 years of related working experiences
Experience in the area of grant project management has an added value
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
Self-starter and perseverance in character;
Be proficient in Microsoft with excellent excel spreadsheet skills;
