Supporting the External Relations and Sustainability Manager in building and protecting the OpCo Reputation through various projects, media engagements, and advancing the sustainability agenda.
Key responsibilities
Establish and maintain relation with key stakeholders both at federal and regional level
Identify and regularly update data on Stakeholders
Analyzing media coverage and share with the relevant management team members
Manage and develop programs related to OpCo Sustainability Agenda (BaBW) and Internal Communication
Identify potential HAF projects and execute approved projects
Propose and execute community projects
Build relationship with media and identify contacts that add value
Fully responsible for monitoring social media, and other mix media to inform MT and relevant managers
Deliver key communication materials in mixed media
Create and deliver programs to build understanding, motivation and involvement through relevant employee engagement programs
Organize and coordinate various internal and external events as and when required
Maintain corporate sponsorship database with proper system compliance
Maintain budgetary information and processing of invoices for payment
Coordinate with Internal Relations Manager on Responsible Consumption
Job Requirement
Education
University Graduate - Communications, Public Relations/ Public/Business Administration/ Marketing/Management/Business Administration Degree or equivalent
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a related field or industry preferably an FMCG environment
