Leadership in operations, sales and business development.
Manage target customer to achieve profitable sales target and KPIs.
Maintain good relationship with key customer. Provide them business with strategy, goals and plans of the department including sharing market information and coordinating in solving business and product problems.
Other operational standards Preparation of the annual budget and manage the annual budget of the department effectively and in accordance with policy management
Liaising and coordinating with internal departments and the company’s network to fulfill customers’ needs.
