Job Purpose:
Under the general supervision of the CHRO, plans, organizes, directs and controls the HR planning & Development and Performance Management function of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATION
MBA/MA/BA Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Business Management, & Management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
8 years of experience for MBA/MA or 10 years of experience for BA Degree in HR function preferably on HR Planning, Performance Management (BSC), and Training & Development activities out of which 3 years of experience at managerial position.
