Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Technical Advisor (TA) is responsible for providing a wide range of support to the PFSA as Neglected Tropical Disease medicines are integrated into the essential medicines package. This will include clearance of drugs by PFSA, storage at PFSA hubs, distribution to the Woreda health office through PFSA and the supply chain system strengthening. The TA will work closely with the PFSA, the FMOH, NTD drug donation programs, and NTD implementation partners to help build a sustainable supply chain management system to maintain the quality, efficacy and safety of the chemo-preventative drugs used during mass drug administration campaigns in accordance with the NTD elimination and control goals.
