Job purpose:
Provide Human Resource administrative support in areas of recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management and employee relations.
Handle accurate and up-to-date Human Resource data records. Implement good Human Resource data reporting system with accuracy of data. Provide support in various human resource activities. Provide advice and assistance to employees including but not limited to providing information on annual leave and performance reviews, onboarding and coordinating the recruitment process for the brewery.
Ensure that all hiring is conducted as per the company standard and annual plan.

Education:
Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and other related fields
Experience:
Minimum of two years related experience (FMCG Industry experience desired)
