1. Introduction
SOS Children's Villages Ethiopia is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational charitable child welfare organization. For the past more than 40 years, we have been working to build families for children in need, help them shape their own future and share in the development of their communities.
SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia focuses on providing humanitarian assistance, care and protection for children and families in coordination with the government and other relief agencies. The Organization continuously measures the impact of its program.
The Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD) department believes that Child and Youth Care professionals can contribute more for the achievement of the strategic goals if their knowledge and skills are improved and their performance gaps are filled through training including ToT.
This Terms of Reference is, therefore, prepared in order to clearly show training need area to get professional support from potential training institution/s or individual expert.
2. Purpose
This Terms of Reference is prepared to show ToT as thematic area for capacity building of SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia co-workers and getting professional support from training institutions.

Basic skills to facilitate training, workshops etc.1. Qualification and Experience:
The facilitator / trainer should have:
· MA degree and above in development, management, economics or in related field of study
· Special ToT or training certificates are additional
· More than 3 years’ of experience in provision of training on similar situation.
