JOB PURPOSE
Under the direction of Human Resource Planning and Development Manager the HR officer (HRP and D) will be responsible, for designing, conducting and initiating relevant training and development programs at all levels in the company, for planning and forecasting the human resource requirement based on the present and future strategies of the company, for coordinating, and implementing workforce development and succession planning programs and for designing and implementation of appropriate performance management systems and creating a performance based culture in the company.
