Role purpose
As part of the Global Talent Engagement function, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be in charge of delivering the administrative activities of the end to end talent management process (Resourcing and Talent Programmes like Global Graduates' Programme). Furthermore, S/he will act as the right hand of the Talent Engagement Business Partner and manage the end to end recruitment process of junior to mid level hires (from engaging recruiting managers, interviewing potential candidates, to conducting background checks and managing the on boarding process).
Key accountabilities
Attraction
Opens a requisition in Brassring (Recruitment System) and manages the end to end administrative process for the activity
Selection
Conducts 1st level screening
Collates and sends internal candidates for roles posted internally
Schedules interviews for candidates and responsible for all electronic communication with them on an ongoing basis
Assist with local/on-site coordination of resourcing activities or logistics
Books meeting rooms or assessment centre venues for interviews and assessment days as required
Manages all travel/logistics for candidate interviews and expenses re-imbursement (as appropriate to local policies)
Resourcing
Manages communications with candidates, hiring managers and HRBPs around the Resourcing process
Manages and maintains candidate status on Brassring throughout the process
Closes the requisition on Brassring and completes the New Hire form in Brassring to trigger offer letter and on boarding process
Analyses metrics, reports emerging trends and produces and supplies statistical information on request and as standard reports
Provides other recruitment related administration as required by the Talent Engagement Business Partner
Champions the compliance agenda; identifies and implements improvements
Support the Employer Brand or Employer of Choice Agenda for the business unit in partnership with the Global Team and/or external vendor
Takes part in L6 and below interviews
Manages the end to end background checks and on boarding activities
Job Requirement
University Degree in Business Administration or related field
Superior customer service, organizational skills and capabilities
Exposure to resourcing activity and processes
2+ experience in HR Administration roles
Ability to analyse, interpret and use data
Detail orientated
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Expert in the use of Brassring and associated resourcing technology (added advantage)
Microsoft Office expertise (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
