Purpose of the Position
M&E Officer will be accountable to the Executive Director, proactively track progresses and give feedback to the respective supervised sites and participating partners. The position is also intended to support the development of high performing teams and ensures that appropriate procedures and policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
The M&E Officer is responsible for the overall participatory planning, coordinating, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and timely reporting of Agar Ethiopia’s activities. S/he establishes and ensures better data management system and coordinates the proper and timely evaluation of program results. He/she also monitors the overall compliance system of Agar Ethiopia. Major responsibilities include but not limited to: Planning; Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting; Learning and Data Management; and Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
MSc in Monitoring & Evaluation or Economics or Statistics or health related field.
