Purpose of the Position
The purpose of the Training Officer position is to assist the Training Manager in planning , implementing and monitoring and evaluation of the training related activities. She/he is responsible for the preparation of training proposals for fund raising; renders technical supports in implementing training proposals; participates in evaluating training outputs.
Key Responsibilities :
The Training Officer is responsible for assisting the organizing and oversight of Agar Ethiopia’s training events. The Training Officer is responsible for planning and conducting training need assessment; maintenance of templates, processes, procedures and reporting tools to be used throughout Agar Ethiopia’s in governance, planning and executing project work in support of approved customer requests. The Training Officer is ultimately responsible to the organization in ensuring that training are in compliance with organization standards, methodology and rules.

Job Qualifications
MSC/MA/BSc degree in Business Admiration or related fields.
